About Everlead​

In 2017, Ijeoma Nwaogu, Ph.D., ACC founded Everlead, LLC with a bold vision: to transform workplaces by addressing the real challenges that hinder growth and well-being. With a background as a higher education administrator, professor, and entrepreneur, she witnessed firsthand the challenges that hinder organizational success—miscommunication, high turnover, silos, burnout, bias, and the toll these issues take on teams and culture.

Driven to make a difference, Dr. Nwaogu launched Everlead to help organizations build positive, inclusive environments where transparency, mental health, and excellence go hand in hand. Her approach is rooted in transformational learning and development—empowering leaders and teams to rise above barriers and thrive.

Under her leadership, Everlead has become a trusted partner to a diverse range of clients—from Ivy League institutions to Fortune 500 companies. Over the past eight years, the firm has equipped thousands of leaders through impactful work with organizations such as TriNet USA, Inc., Google, Rice University, Cornell, and the University of California, Berkeley.

As part of our first-generation college student celebration week at Cornell University, Ijeoma facilitated an informative and empowering session for our students. Ijeoma's work to reframe the imposter experience into one that requires reflection, discernment and critique of the structures and environments that contribute to feelings of inferiority were particularly helpful for our first-gen students.
